In the app
- Open Halify and go to Me.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. The deletion starts at once.
What is deleted
This permanently deletes:
- your saved products
- your scan and search history
- your product submissions and their photos
- your account
What stays
Flags you sent stay, without your name or email. Products added from your approved submissions stay in the catalogue, without your name.
Copies in our backups are removed within 7 days.
Cannot use the app?
Email halify.app@gmail.com from the address of your account and we will delete the account for you.
